Our full-service product takes away the difficult job of preparing all 50 to 70 or more pages of your bankruptcy from you and gives it to our trained bankruptcy preparation experts.
You start by submitting your information to us on our paid-customer web site.
You can take your time giving use your information. You can start with the information that you have and then add to it as you go along.
We need some basic creditor information such as their names and addresses. We do not need the bills or the precise dollar amounts owed since it does not affect the discharge.
If you do not know a creditor's address you can look it up on Google or get your free credit report from the credit report access we provide on our site.
Unlike lawyers who charge more when you have many creditors, we charge you a flat fee, no matter how many creditors you have.
At any time during the process or even after our work is done, you can take advantage of our free ask-a-lawyer benefit. You can use it as many times as you need to, and each time, a lawyer in your area will answer your questions.
Once you have finished entering your information, we go about with the difficult task of organizing all the information, performing all the calculation and preparing the documents.
We also do all the means test computations, including looking up the required values from the various government databases.
When we have all of your information, we double check it to make that it is all okay. If there are clerical errors in the information that you give us, we notify you so that we can clarify things.
When we are satisfied that we have everything and that they are all in order, we prepare all the documents and give them back to you.
From there, all you do is file them with the court.
If you chose to have the court filing fee waived, we will include the relevant paperwork for that as well.
After filing your bankruptcy, the court will give you a date for your trustee meeting and when that date comes around, you can avail yourself with the resources on our site to help you prepare for it.
The trustee meeting is nothing to worry about, particularly since your bankruptcy was prepared full-service by our bankruptcy preparation experts.
We provide you excellent customer support at all times, even after our work is done. You can contact us as often as you like and we will be there for you.
You will get your discharge notice a few months after the trustee meeting and when that happens, it is done. It is just that simple.
The end result is the same as if you hired a bankruptcy lawyer, except that you did not spend your money wastefully.
